How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made through phone, email or online.

 

 

 

 

What form of payment do you accept?

Payment for treatments are due at the time they are provided. 

Please have VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash or check ready after enjoying your treatment.

 

What should I wear?

Traditionally, massages are performed with the client wearing little to no clothes.  Nevertheless, most massages could be performed while wearing thin layers of clothing.  Keep in mind that smooth and effective massage may be hindered by extra clothing.  I am a professional and ALWAYS drape discreetly to protect your privacy and modesty. 

*I always strive for the highest standards and safety.  In the event of any inappropriate behavior, sexual or otherwise, I will end the session immediately and the client will be asked to pay and leave.  That client will no longer be welcome at Body & Sole Therapeutic Massage.

 

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check-in and to fill out paperwork.

 

 

 

 

What health conditions do I need to disclose to the therapist before my appointment?

Every client will fill out a health intake form prior to appointment.  Please inform me of any injuries,

infections, skin irritations / sensitivities or allergies prior to your appointment. 

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance. 

This is a courtesy to myself, as I have reserved your appointment time for you.

 

Same day cancellations will be charged at 50% scheduled price.

 

If you do not call at least 2 hours in advance or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full scheduled price.

Appointment reminders are available via text and/or email, but I will not be responsible for any technical difficulties.

Please make sure to write your appointment day and time down in a secure place.

 

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes.  Gift Certificates are available via phone, office, email or online at www.massagebook.com

What is the gratuity policy?

My treatments do not include taxes or gratuity. 

Any gratuity may be given at your discretion for appreciation of superb service.
